*However, on rare occasions items can be held at customs for up to 45 days. We ask our buyers to allow up to 45 days for delivery before we will issue a full refund for loss of delivery. Again, this rarely happens (1 out of 200 orders), but we do want you to be aware before purchase.
* Please allow up to an additional 48 hours for processing and handling time for shipment.
* Yes, of course we ship to APO addresses and other military addresses.
**We are NOT responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or other international fees-Which your country may add on-- Buyer is responsible for these charges—which may not be included in the item's purchase and shipping price. The BUYER may need to pay these fees upon delivery.

Refunds and Returns:
Rozier's Shoe Dept. has a worry-free policy. If your item does not fit, damaged in any way, or you simply don't like it, you are more than welcome to send them back for a full refund - don't worry! For a full refund within 30 days please message us or process through site, also PLEASE include the packing slip or copy for ease of the return. If the error lies on our end (damaged shoe, wrong item shipped, etc.) then we will also reimburse all shipping expenses - just message us; (8:00-2:30 CST, Mon-Fri...No Holidays or Weekends) Never hesitate to ask us a question. We estimate delivery of your shoes within a certain amount of time (as stated above under Shipping and Handling Fees). Don't worry when buying your shoes from Rozier's Shoe Dept.
